Coca-Cola will invest $ 10 million in online music

Drink maker began talks to buy a stake in the online music service Spotify. It is reported by Sky News, citing sources familiar with the negotiations.

Currently, Coca-Cola and Spotify already have several joint online music projects. The main investor is a beverage manufacturer that is able to promote their products online with the music service. Cooperation agreement signed by the parties in April.


Swedish service Spotify was launched in 2008. It contains a fully legitimate content. Service is popular mainly in the EU, New Zealand and the U.S.. The number of users around the world more than 15 million people, of which 2.5 million - paid subscribers. In Russia, Spotify is not available.
